Calculator entries
The calculators do not require an account. The Time Card Calculator can save entered fields in your browser's local storage so a page refresh does not erase your card. New saves include a 30-day local expiration and are removed when an expired card is next opened. You can remove the saved card sooner with its Clear button or by clearing site data in your browser.
Share links
The Business Days Calculator can generate a URL containing calculation settings such as dates and selected non-working weekdays. Custom excluded dates are intentionally not included in that share URL. Anything placed in a URL can appear in browser history, server logs, or messages where you paste the link.
Analytics
Work Hours Hub uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site usage and performance. This service is used to understand traffic and page performance without requiring visitors to create an account.
Technical error diagnostics
To keep the calculators working reliably, the site may send privacy-minimized technical error events to a Cloudflare-hosted diagnostics endpoint. These events can include the page path, error type, a redacted error message, script path, and line or column number.
The custom error dataset does not store form entries, calculated results, URL query strings, email addresses, IP addresses, or full user-agent strings. Error text is automatically shortened and common email, URL, long-number, and token-like patterns are redacted before storage.
Advertising, cookies, and privacy choices
Work Hours Hub may use third-party advertising as a source of income to help keep the calculators free to use. Advertising does not influence calculator results.
When advertising is served, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to Work Hours Hub or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
As part of normal ad serving and measurement, advertising providers may place or read cookies and may use technologies or information such as web beacons, IP addresses, page URLs, device or browser information, and other identifiers as permitted by applicable law and your privacy choices. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. If additional advertising vendors or ad networks are used, they may provide their own privacy and opt-out controls.
Where consent or privacy choices are required by applicable law or advertising policy, Work Hours Hub may present a consent or privacy-choice interface before applicable advertising technologies are used. Work Hours Hub does not intentionally send calculator form entries or calculated results to advertising providers through its own calculator application code. Advertising services can still receive the page URL and ordinary connection information as part of a browser request, so sensitive personal information should not be placed in shareable URLs.
Advertising settings and eligibility can change over time, and ads may not appear on every page or for every visitor.
