Weekly and biweekly time cards
Weekly mode totals one seven-day card. Biweekly mode keeps the two weeks separate for weekly overtime calculations and then combines them for the pay-period total. Blank days are ignored and overnight shifts are detected automatically.
Decimal hours, breaks, and gross pay
Each paid shift is clock-out minus clock-in minus the unpaid break. The result is shown as hours and minutes plus decimal hours used by many payroll systems. Add an hourly rate to estimate regular, overtime, and gross pay before taxes or deductions.
Privacy and export
Your entered time card is stored locally in your browser and is not submitted to a server by this tool. You can copy the summary, print the page, or export the entered shifts as CSV.
